Abel Tesfaye, noto come The Weeknd, è un cantante canadese nato nel 1990. Ha esordito con mixtape oscuri e introspettivi, per poi esplodere con album come “Beauty Behind the Madness” e “After Hours”. Il suo stile fonde R&B, pop e synthwave, e ha ridefinito il sound contemporaneo. È noto per hit come “Blinding Lights”, “Starboy” e “Save Your Tears”, e ha vinto numerosi premi tra cui Grammy e Billboard Music Awards.
